Midcounties Cooperative Managers Conference
Challenges
Delivering a high-impact managers conference for Midcounties Co-operative at the National Motorcycle Museum required a fully bespoke production approach.
Unlike more conventional setups, the absence of an in-house LED wall meant we were responsible for designing and building the entire stage environment from the ground up. This included integrating two large projected screens, both of which needed to be fully controlled and synchronised by our team.
Alongside the live event delivery, we were also tasked with capturing professional on-site interviews with attendees, as well as a key interview with CEO Phil Ponsonby. Balancing live event production with high-quality content capture introduced additional pressure on scheduling, resource allocation, and technical coordination.

Our team designed and installed a complete stage set that worked cohesively with the venue, ensuring both visual impact and practical functionality. We implemented a centralised control system for the dual projection screens, allowing seamless management of all on-screen content throughout the conference. Close collaboration with venue staff at the National Motorcycle Museum ensured smooth load-in, setup, and live operation.
In parallel, we established a dedicated workflow for filming, coordinating interview schedules to minimise disruption while maintaining broadcast-quality production standards. Regular communication with the client ensured expectations were aligned, particularly around messaging and the tone of the filmed content.
Results
The conference was delivered as a cohesive and engaging experience, with the bespoke stage design and synchronised screen content elevating the overall production value.
Our ability to manage both the live environment and the parallel filming schedule resulted in a suite of professional interview content, including a polished feature with Phil Ponsonby.
Strong coordination with the venue team and clear communication with the client ensured a smooth execution from start to finish.
