Since 1983 we at Hughes Productions have been the first point of call for many organisations seeking creativity, technical knowledge, and innovation in the conference and video production industry.

A family business Hughes Productions understand the importance of your project and the need to respond to your individual requirements. You will be assigned a project manager who will endeavor to provide the best service possible to bring your vision to life – getting it right the first time, every time.

The Planning Process

Our team are available to contact by email and telephone. In the first instance we will require a few details regarding your event to enable us to draw up an initial quotation. You will be assigned a project manager who will be on hand to answer any questions that you may have.

Once assigned a Project Manager, we will start to build a more tailored quotation for your requirements. Your quotation will breakdown every aspect of your event.

Your Project Manager will be available to accompany you on site visits and walk through your project if you so wish.

We have a Graphic Designer who can create bespoke seating plans and graphics to enable you to visualise how your event may look..

Prior to the event taking place we will confirm the plans that have been made and ensure your specifications have been met allowing any last minute changes to be made. Your Project Manager will contact the venue to finalise logistics, floor plans and catering requirements taking away the stress and anxiety.

Finally Hughes Productions will take care of the testing of the kit that will be used ensuring that it is loaded into protective flight cases and delivered to the venue to set up for your event.

On the day, your Project Manager will be on hand to oversee the smooth running of your event.

Hughes Productions know that the relationship between the client and crew is really important therefore at the heart of our company is a core of very talented technicians many of whom we have worked with for the past fifteen years plus. Each crew member takes ownership of their department and are experts in their field allowing you to discuss the finer details of your event and get the best results on the day.
