OVER 40 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Established in 1983, by founder Dave Hughes, Hughes Productions started as a one-man band providing technical expertise and camera support to many audio-visual companies. Dave travelled the world working with many global brands and over 20 years he honed his skills and knowledge before landing his own clients and investing in equipment. With Dave’s leadership, the Hughes Productions brand became a pilar of the event and film industry.

In 2008 Glenn joined the company and soon became an integral part of the team. Over the next 10 years Glenn soaked up all of Dave’s experience and knowledge, and in 2018, Glenn officially took over the day to day running of HP and now injects his own fresh and innovative creativity into the business.

Over the last 40 years the company has seen changes of governments, global financial crisis’s and even the Covid pandemic, and has come through all these, stronger than ever. Our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction has been unwavering throughout our long-standing presence in the industry. As we look back on our four decades of experience, we are proud of the relationships we have built, the technologies we have embraced, and the impact we have made on the audio-visual landscape. Glenn

Glenn, the managing director of Hughes Productions, plays a crucial role as production manager, organising and executing events. His expertise and dedication ensure that every event is co-ordinated seamlessly and successfully. Glenn’s attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities make him an invaluable asset to the team. With his guidance, Hughes Productions is able to deliver top-notch events that leave a lasting impression on attendees.

Dan

Dan, the head of content creation at Hughes Productions, is a friendly face behind the camera who can take you from concept to final edit. After completing higher education studies within the field of film production he quickly came on board to excel the content side of the company. With experience in short documentary and music videos to event filming and highlights edits, there is nothing that can’t be accomplished. If you have a project in mind, Dan has the creativity to bring it to life.
