OUR COMPANY

Since 1983 we at Hughes Productions have been the first point of call for many organisations seeking creativity, technical knowledge and innovation in the conference and video production industry.

As a family business Hughes Productions understand the importance of every project and the need to respond individually to each client. Our company ethos always ensures we provide the best service for everyone’s specific needs. 

We recognise that the most important thing is getting it right, first time, every time. Starting with the planning and pre-production, to communication, continuity of crew and the latest most effective equipment. We will be consistently, a team you can trust.

The Planning Process

Either by phone or email so we can first get to know each other’s needs. Also to understand the final goal of your project, so we can tailor our skill set to provide the best possible service. And how to take the project further. We are also very happy to join you on site visits, to walk through the project.

Now we are all on board with the direction of the project and have all the information, we will build a tailored cost detailing every aspect from equipment to transport. If it is needed, we can create bespoke plans so you can visualise exactly what the event will look like.

This is when we take over all the stress and anxiety of your event, contacting venues to finalise the logistics, floor plans and most important the lunch. We meticulously test every item, load it into protective flight cases and send it where ever is it needed.

We realised very early on that one very important aspect of production, is the relationship between the client and the crew. We have a small core of very talented technicians most of which have worked with us for 15 years plus. Everyone of the crew take complete ownership of there department allowing you the ability to discuss the finer details with them to get the best result on the day.
